Recently, we received a communication from the USPTO FOIA office. They informed us that an attempt to send a letter regarding our FOIA request was unsuccessful due to an undeliverable email address. The message we received stated:

"We recently tried to send you a letter regarding your FOIA request and it returned undeliverable. Do you have a working email address?"

The message was signed by Karon E. Seldon from the USPTO Office of General Law.

We have since verified our contact information and will be following up promptly to ensure no further communication issues occur. This FOIA request remains an important part of our efforts to better understand the status and handling of our trademarks.
