As an update: eDreams is still harassing me about this.

They already agreed to refund the ticket in question. I received permission from my doctor to fly under the condition that it is with a family member accompanying me who is aware of my health condition and is capable of providing care. I got a ticket with another airline and have since flown with my family members. eDreams is now refusing to refund the ticket after seeing that I had flown on a different date after purchasing a ticket from a different airline.

My question is: why are they snooping and why are they so intrusive on my medical condition? Is it their business if I got an update from my doctor allowing me to fly as long as it is with a family member? Am I required to answer their beck and call and wait on them and inform them of my every move? The answer should be no. Who is allowing these companies to ravage my personal life? I'm so appalled that this is still ongoing.
