Expel Russia from the UN: Stop the Illegal Occupation of the USSR's Seat!

The presence of the Russian Federation in the United Nations Security Council is the greatest legal fraud in modern history. Russia is a state-sponsor of terrorism that occupies its seat illegally, bypassing the UN Charter, and using this stolen power to block justice and commit mass murder with total impunity.
Look at the facts, which the UN registry prefers to ignore:
1. Russia is not in the UN Charter. If you open Article 23 of the official UN Charter today, you will see that the permanent member of the Security Council is the Soviet Union (USSR). The words "Russian Federation" do not exist there.
2. Russia was never admitted to the UN. According to Article 4 of the UN Charter, every new state must undergo a strict admission procedure: submit an application, receive a Security Council recommendation, and pass a vote in the General Assembly. This is how all sovereign nations entered the UN. Russia never went through this process.
3. The stolen nameplate. In December 1991, Russia simply replaced the "USSR" nameplate with "Russian Federation" based on a single letter from Boris Yeltsin. The world chose "silent consent" out of fear, completely violating the organization's own supreme law.
Today, a country that was never legally admitted to the United Nations uses a stolen veto power to shield itself from accountability for the destruction of cities, the blowing up of dams, like in Nova Kakhovka, and the genocide of the Ukrainian people.
This is a complete collapse of international law. An aggressor cannot hold a veto over its own crimes. A state that bypassed the UN Charter has no right to sit at the table of civilized nations.
We demand that the UN General Assembly:
1. Expose the legal fraud of 1991 and declare the transfer of the USSR's seat to the Russian Federation null and void.
2. Expel the Russian Federation from the UN Security Council and the United Nations altogether until it complies with international law, undergoes the legitimate admission procedure, and pays full reparations for its war crimes.
3. Restore the rule of law within the UN. The UN Charter must be respected, not manipulated.
