Kindly prioritize Virtual Hearings in cases of all over 60

This is a true case of a patient suffering from severe schizophrenia for over 50 years; since 1976 and waiting for release of his legally sanctioned disablement family pension since 2016; for ten years already after both his parents passed away. I am afraid there may be many more cases like this in India, suffering at the mercy of our very complex systems delaying decision making even in such most needy cases. 

A man without a penny of personal income for 50 years, a Senior Citizen without any social security cover or pensionary support after crossing age of 60 in 2017 and instead of being helped scoffed at by society at large. 

Appeal to Honourable CJI to pass suo moto directives to all courts in India to hear pending cases of family or other pension cases of all physically or mentally deranged senior citizens, who for reasons of having been left all alone by themselves after passing away of their parents and distant location of any surviving immediate blood siblings too facing old age and financial challenges have finally been left with no options but immediate justice and relief through the orders of the highest Court of law, just next below God's own court!! 

Such persons as well as any of their surviving siblings are all at the verge of calling off their days having crossed the age of 70 already... Request friends to share this petition further as far as they can and directly to the CJI, if any noble soul so can!!
