This is NOT about taking anyone's children away from them. That can already be done. Parents just have to be proven unfit. THIS IS ABOUT: Expanding the current Grandparents rights law & making it fair for  "ALL"  Grandparents.  Not just the ones that fall under 1 of 2 categories. This law contradicts itself. If it's the parent's decision to say who may or may not see their children.... Then what makes it any better for "some" Grandparents to be able to seek legal visitation with their grandchildren, but not others? (grandparents that don't fall under 1 of the 2 circumstances)  It should be legally accesible for ALL Grandparents or NONE. Not just a select few. And I understand that there are "some" grandparents out there that the parents have legitimate reasons for withholding the grandchildren from them... But let them prove it in court just the same way the parents have to be proven unfit before they can have their children taken away.  PLEASE SIGN & SHARE SHARE SHARE!!!!!
