Here's what's happened so far: As this petition has grown and we’ve heard from hundreds of commuters across Southwest Riverside County, one message has become clear: residents want transportation improvements that benefit everyone—not just those who can afford tolls. This petition has been updated to emphasize continuous free HOV/carpool lanes, along with additional transportation improvements such as expanded transit, vanpool programs, express bus service, and operational improvements that reduce congestion for all commuters. Our objective is better mobility—not simply more toll lanes.
