Video on Treaty 7 & chief Crowfoot

Chief Crowfoot of the Blackfoot tribe signed Treaty 7 in good faith in 1876 with the British colonial officials.

His regalia were bought for a pittance by a colonial official, whose relative later sold them for £10 Royal Albert Memorial Museum in 1904.
