Dear Friends,
I initially intended to do a brief stream of my daily routine which usually includes a variety of outdoor activities, for the “Navigating COVID-19” Public Service Announcement, but the information we’re being given is ever changing and conflicting, and the last thing I want to do is create more chaos by adding to the confusion.
I mentioned previously that much of this is second nature for me but has now become a priority, and continues to be.
I am usually completely bare wherever I am able to be, comfortably and without creating any legal or sensibility issues.
I wash my hands regularly, always have, and try to avoid handling items that others have ie. pens/pencils, cash/currency etc.
I wear a mask or otherwise cover my nose and mouth wherever I sense a potential for the presence of an airborne virus.
I keep the recommended distance between myself and others not in my company when in the midst of the general public.
I remove and launder the clothing I have worn in public places as soon as I return home, then take a bath or shower.
I stay home as much as possible to avoid contracting and spreading COVID-19 and becoming a statistic of the pandemic.
I have always been conscious of the uncleanliness of public door handles/knobs, banisters/railings, keypads, seating, shopping carts etc., and avoided inhaling where someone has recently sneezed or coughed, and have no doubt that the precautionary measures I have taken throughout my life have helped me to remain healthy!
Be Safe!
Be Well!
Sincerely,
Ton Dou
