On July 7, I will be announcing my efforts to be placed on the 2020 general election ballot in the District of Columbia and every state in the union, as an independent candidate for the office of President of the United States.

I will tell the bystanders and passersby, and anyone else who sees the footage from the event, that I am not fantasizing about being elected, I am fascinated with the prospect of being able to unite the people of the nation.
