I knew before I set out on this journey to have the responsible at-will practice of Bare-Body-Freedom recognized and protected as a Natural Human Right in every community in the country, that it would need to be addressed and accomplished at the federal level of government, and that it would be virtually impossible to do without enough supporters who would be willing to demonstrate in the Nation’s Capitol on an early spring day, sign a petition to exempt public nudity from penal laws, and support the political campaign of a naked humanitarian if necessary.
So, I demonstrated in the Nation’s Capitol, without incident but also without results, then I started a petition, which currently has roughly 2,200 signatures, where several hundred thousand would be needed for a victory. and it now appears that launching and winning a political campaign may be necessary to raise awareness of the validity of this most basic of natural human rights, to the level that is necessary to achieve the goal of protecting it for every law-abiding citizen and visitor who wishes to practice it responsibly at-will in their own backyards etc.
