I got a phone call from news anchor, Sheila J. with the local channel 9 news in Washington D.C. a couple days prior, asking if I was actually going to do a Bare Body Freedom demonstration at the reflecting pool, and if the Capitol Police had been notified. I said, yes, of course, and asked if she would be there to cover it, and she said, yes, she supports what I am doing. So when she didn’t arrive at the agreed upon time, I called her to see if she was on her way, and she apologized and said she didn’t have a crew to bring out and wouldn’t be able to make it. I think in actuality she was reassigned.

Naturism/Nudism, like every other natural human right, needs to have a public voice at the Federal Level of government in order to have a public place in a truly free and modern society, and it will need to be rid of fear and shame, its self, before it can be rid of its stigmas!!
