They are at another periodically scheduled moment in their existence where they intensify the competitiveness and divisiveness of their race.

They do not seem to be aware of or concerned with the separatism and favoritism it causes, and the adverse affect it has on each of their lives.

They are indeed the most capable of creatures in their world but their willingness to destroy their own planet and each other will be their demise.

They need not be brain surgeons and rocket scientists to recognize and rectify their problems, they need only the freedom to be who they are naturally.
