I am not convinced that human’s have the wisdom to second guess the laws of nature, or the responsibility of circumventing the rights of other’s to live according to the laws of nature! We have the right to require other’s to be clothed in private dwellings and venues if we choose, but not under the stars where we must be bare to bond with the spirit of the universe! If a member of society chooses to engage in lascivious or obnoxious behavior, they are making a conscious decision to be documented and dealt with accordingly for their deeds! Surely we know this type of behavior is not representative of the way responsible members of society conduct themselves, and ordinances imposed to address the issue should concur! Those members of society who are legitimately concerned about the presence of the bare human body in the view of the general public would be the greatest sentinels of this cause! It is commendable to write laws that serve to help civilize a society but it is inconsiderate and irresponsible to write laws that adversely affect law abiding members of a society! A law that penalizes innocent people for harmlessly being who they are naturally is a bad law, an infectious detriment to humanity and an insult that flies in the face of our Creator! The petition which asserts “public nudity should be exempt from penal laws” needs lots of signatures in order to resonate with federal legislators who can overrule these laws!
