In public nudity penal law, there is reference to the sensibilities of others, (with respect to their delicate sensitivity that makes them readily offended or shocked), which is an indication that the physical and psychological health benefit aspects of bare body freedom are either not considered, not known, or not thought to be of enough significance to make provisions for as well, go figure that one out. It is also an indication that far fewer people have opposed these laws than those who have supported them. Long story short, we need to reach a lot more people and get more petition signatures to see favorable results.
