Most people are unaware of the ordeal an individual is put through to defend themselves for being completely bare in the comfort of their very own backyard, and worse, the detriment a criminal conviction could cause in their lives. The passage of public nudity laws is an inappropriate, inhumane and unnecessary approach to civilizing society that actually does a great deal more harm than good, and the average person agrees that there is undoubtedly a smarter way. If public nudity laws actually prevented crimes and protected people from becoming victims of crimes, they would be useful, but they do not, and therefore are not, and serve only to instill fear and influence shame of the human form. Penal laws regarding public nudity are also eerily similar to historical laws that isolated, disenfranchised and punished selected members of society who were thought to have violated them, simply by being who they are naturally. If this campaign is not clear, concise, reasonable, respectful and void of any representation of any deliberate and willful acts of disorderly conduct involving public nudity law protests or any remnants there of, it will be dead on arrival. Lawmakers are aware of me and know what to expect from me in my approach to changing public nudity laws rather than challenging the enforcement of them, and this will factor heavily in their investigation of the history of this cause. Federal Legislators have an appreciation for bare body freedom too, and do not require a great deal of convincing of its legitimacy to give serious consideration to declaring it a natural human right, but they do need to know of the quest. If we get a large enough number of signature supporters to command their attention, and demonstrate impeccable integrity throughout the entire demonstration and petition process, we will surely have earned an outcome of favorable results.
