I just had a pleasant, productive conversation with Shauna-Marie Lopes, the owner of Creative Venue and Rentals. We agreed to work together to put an end to the noise. Shauna-Marie told me that she is very aware of the complaints, however, she feels targeted, and strongly denies that the loud music and bass are coming from her business. We discussed the possibility that the noise could be from large gatherings held after her business hours, in close proximity to 40 Logan Street, behind Massey Fuel. Shauna-Marie will closely monitor the noise in the area after business hours in order to ensure that the exact source is located so police can intervene.
