STOP UNDEMOCRATIC PLANS TO DESTROY KINGSTON - The Guildhall, Kingston, Tuesday 15 October 7pm

Next Tuesday, my petition against over-development in Kingston will be considered by the Full Council at Kingston. Nearly 3000 people from Kingston and beyond have signed the petition online or in paper form.

Please come and support me as I present my case for the last time

At the same meeting, the council wants to raise the number of people it takes to challenge a council decision - no matter how legitimate the basis of the challenge - from 100 people to 2% of the electorate, currently 2310 people

This requirement is 1,200 more people than responded even to the council's own Local Plan consultation over 3 months.

And we will need to get that many signatures on paper or by signing in to the council's on-line petition portal in just two weeks
