BBC Radio Kent & BBC South East News

Thank you everyone for your continued support! almost 6,000 signatures now, surely the voices of the girls need to be heard now???

Yesterday afternoon I gave an interview on BBC Radio Kent that was well received. This is available to listen on demand.

Tomorrow several players, parents and coaches are meeting up with BBC South East News, this will be broadcast tomorrow evening on BBC One! If you would like to get involved please get in touch with me on twitter or facebook.

I beg the KGLFL committee and the Kent FA to reconsider the timing and repercussions this rule introduction has had just 4 weeks before the season is due to start! More thought, research and consultation needed to have taken place before the introduction of a rule that has devastated so many children across the county. Especially after the last two seasons being stopped due to covid, these children need to be encouraged to get out and play sport not hindered. The timing and implementation of this rule is just not fair. Their mental and physical health are so important right now.

The girl just want to play! please #letthemplay!

Also please all share for the girls again!
