These three 100+year old elm trees withstood the terrific winds of yesterday's Hurricane Fiona as they have with many and previous hurricane force winds. Two of them are tagged to be felled for a small concrete curbside cyclist intersection approach. Deliberately removing healthy, majestic trees for bike infrastructure is incomprehensible and tragic.
