Unless the Government allocates more money, schools will lose £3 billion a year in real terms by 2020. Funding cuts have led to courses being closed, redundancies in schools, colleges and universities and a worse education for children and young people. Less money, fewer teachers, little transparency and almost no accountability. A child’s education is too important for this “Education is the power to think clearly, the power to act well in the world’s work, and the power to appreciate life.” – Brigham Young
