But this campaign is not just about me, it’s about every women. I’ve gone public with my story and I’m running this campaign because access to healthcare should be equal and accessible to every woman – no matter where they live. That’s why I’m calling on the Tasmanian government to urgently provide State wide access to abortion services in public hospitals and why I'm asking you to take the next step in our campaign. We know that our campaign is rattling the Tasmanian government. Health Minister Michael Ferguson and the Premier were both forced to make public statements on my case, and the media attention has meant that their offices are under increased scrutiny. Now is the perfect time to ramp up the pressure on Will Hodgman, who is already feeling the heat on his failure to deliver this vital service to Tasmania.
