There are millions of jail breakers out their but a fraction had accidently broke their jailbreak by updating their idevices to ios 6.1.3. Their were high hopes that a hacker would find a jailbreak but no one bothered. A lot of anxious jail breakers are desperate for jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 and their is nothing they can do.
