Rispetto al nostro ultimo contatto la situazione è cambiata: nel dicembre 2025 la sentenza definitiva del Tribunale di Roma si è trasformata completamente rispetto al precedente provvedimento d'urgenza, decretando che non ho più diritto a un'evacuazione immediata. In allegato trovate l'estratto con le motivazioni. Il visto di studio era per me principalmente un pretesto per ricongiungermi a mia moglie, con cui ho contratto matrimonio religioso nel maggio 2025. Nonostante avessimo presentato tutta la documentazione per un istituto di lingua italiana e provato la solidità del legame, il Consolato Generale di Gerusalemme ha preteso la dimostrazione degli effetti civili dell'unione.
Quindi, con enormi sforzi economici e grandi difficoltà siamo riusciti a formalizzare il matrimonio civile esattamente un anno dopo, nel maggio 2026, presso il tribunale di Sheikh Radwan a Gaza.
Attualmente mi trovo in una condizione molto pericolosa e le ingenti spese burocratiche per avvocati e traduttori, di cui allego le ricevute, hanno messo a dura prova la mia stabilità economica. Inoltre, a causa di minacce ricevute, ho dovuto chiudere la precedente campagna di raccolta fondi e aprirne una nuova e più discreta. Sono una persona timida, ma oggi vi chiedo aiuto per coprire questi costi, uscire da questo incubo e trovare un po' di serenità: sostenete la nostra campagna e aiutateci condividendo questo messaggio.

Hello everyone, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, which has helped me feel less alone in my struggle to reach Italy.
Since our last update, the situation has changed: in December 2025, the final ruling by the Court of Rome completely overturned the previous urgent order, decreeing that I no longer have the right to an immediate evacuation. Attached, you will find an excerpt containing the legal reasoning.
For me, the student visa was primarily a way to reunite with my wife, with whom I contracted a religious marriage in May 2025. Even though we submitted all the documentation for an Italian language institute and proved the strength of our bond, the Consulate General in Jerusalem demanded proof of the civil validity of the union. With immense financial effort and under severe hardships, we managed to formalize the civil marriage exactly one year later, in May 2026, at the Sheikh Radwan court in Gaza.
Currently, I am in a very dangerous situation, and the exorbitant bureaucratic expenses for lawyers and translators—receipts of which are attached—have severely strained my financial stability. Furthermore, due to threats received, I had to close my previous fundraising campaign and launch a new, more discreet one.
