I just found out about a MAryland PSC hearing today at 10am where the PSC will be reviewing EV Reliability reports from power utilities that continue to be FALSE!

BGE reports 6% downtime, the PSC notes it sees UNKNOWN status in BGE's report for some chargers. UNKNOW status should automatically be considered DOWN not UP as BGE reports it in its network uptime.

Maryland PSC should NOT accept these reports with clear and blatant errors! The power utilities should adjust their reports to add all UNKNOWN status chargers into their DOWN stats and resubmit.

The other concern is that the BGE station level report gives a perception that nearly a quarter to half their stations are down or have faults which matches findings from pluginsites.org founders own charger audit tests when BGE still reports a 6% downtime network wide!

Maryland PSC should again NOT accept these reports with clear and blatant errors! The power utilities should adjust their reports to match more realistic uptime numbers as reported by plugshare customers, pluginsites.org founder's charger audit tests, and BGE's own station level report that all clearly confirm the network uptime numbers are FALSE. After the public utilities adjust their reports to more realistic numbers they should then resubmit.

Again, I want to say Maryland PSC do NOT accept these clear and blatant FALSE reports from the power utility companies! This is doing nothing but a disservice to the EV customers and Maryland taxpayers!
