We believe that it is necessary that Eurovision recounts all the votes in the first semifinal. It doesn’t seem to add up how countries like Hungary and Portugal didn’t qualify this year. Apparently the problem doesnt seem to be on the counting but on some errors showing up when people from all Europe tried to vote on Portugal.
