The 19th EFVV Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from the 19th to the 21st of October outside Vienna. In previous years, our petition supporters have given generously to fund the cost of our meeting room and related expenses, for which we are extremely grateful. We are proud of our achievements over the last year and have plans to achieve even more in 2018-2019. We would again be most grateful for donations made by clicking on the ‘Donate’ button on our website: http://www.efvv.eu
Achievements in 2017-2018:
· Made a financial contribution to an Italian freedom of choice demonstration
· Developed a new modern website.
· Doubled the number of signatures on our petition.
· Active Facebook page.
· Developed the widest collection of YouTube videos on this topic, in a number of European languages, on the EFVV channel.
· Listed the EFVV on the European Commission's Transparency Register.
· Three EFVV members were accredited to enter the European Parliament and discuss our work with MEPs and their assistants.
· Prepared referenced scientific documents in the EU style, e.g. the documents on Measles and Vaccine Safety now on our website.
· Organised a large-scale email campaign from citizens across Europe to their MEPs
· Established direct communication with all 751 MEPs in the European Parliament
· Made a financial contribution to a tragic vaccine injury court case.
Some of our plans for 2018-2019:
· Make contact with potential members in the European countries where we are not yet represented (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Malta, Moldova, Monte Carlo, Montenegro, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine – if you know groups or individuals in these countries, please email us on info@efvv.eu).
· Further support of European demonstrations.
· Further support of vaccine injury court cases.
· Liaising with lawyers across Europe who are open to such cases.
· Intensification of communication with MEPs through both our accredited members within the Parliament and email campaigns, directly relating to the EU resolution articles around transparency and safety.
· Uploading of more referenced scientific and legal documents to our website; direct circulation of these documents to MEPs.
· Improved internal and external communication.
· Write an Open Letter to the WHO and various EU committees, on behalf of all 25 organisations in the EFVV and partners, asking for vaccine safety data and calling for transparency in all committees and a robust reporting system, using the direct wording of the articles approved by the EU in its Resolution on Vaccine Hesitancy.
A number of our supporters have set up recurrent monthly donations. This is particularly helpful as it enables us to meet everyday running costs such as the hosting of our website, printing of leaflets for demonstrations, travel expenses for our members working at the European Parliament and so on. Whether one-off or recurrent, small or large, your donations are deeply appreciated. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
