Citizens of EU member states: do you have 10 minutes to spare to email your local Member of the European Parliament? We have a potentially strong action where FIVE MEPs are now willing to join together in questioning the EU Commission on our behalf regarding vaccine mandates. Timing is critical and urgent because the latest European Commission consultation is coming to an end mid-March. ***** CHANCE TO PRESENT TO THE EU ******* The URGENT item for now is that Michèle Rivasi, Green Party MEP from France, has responded to our request to address the EU Commission before the 15th of March. She and several other MEPs from different countries are willing to organise a press conference at the EU Commission, perhaps also targeting the petitions committee, to question vaccine programs, especially mandates. The push is clearly for more mandates but we must challenge this. Questions on the premise that vaccines ‘protect’, as well as the data on efficiency and cost, the claims of safety and the health consequences, the transparency of adverse events reporting systems for vaccination, the evidence of potentially more serious diseases arising as a result of vaccines and conflicts of interest all remain unanswered. Michèle Rivasi has asked that we all write to our MEPs, with the utmost urgency, requesting them to join her and the others. The more MEPs open to asking questions about vaccines and mandates, on behalf of their citizens, the better. She will not do this unless she has more MEP support. We therefore suggest the text below which you can translate into your relevant languages if necessary and then send to your MEPs asking them to reply both to yourselves and to Michèle Rivasi. Even if they will not join with her they will see the strength of feeling, learn of the existence of the EFVV with its representation from 20+ countries and our petition, and will have to respond to you. Here is a link to all European MEPs http://www.europarl.europa.eu/meps/en/map.html Please share this request with others who might also be able to write to their MEPs and keep us informed of your actions and responses. Please also put board@efvv.eu in the CC box of your email. DRAFT EMAIL TO YOUR LOCAL MEPs: Please personalise the text with your own experience of why vaccines must not be mandated. MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR ADDRESS TO ENSURE THEY WILL RESPOND TO YOU AS A CONSTITUENT. Dear MEP X, I write as a concerned citizen, parent and supporter of the EFVV (European Forum for Vaccine Vigilance) who represent tens of thousands of other parents. I call upon you as our representative in Europe to join with Michèle Rivasi, Green Party MEP for France, and several other MEPs from different countries, in putting key questions to the EU Commission regarding vaccine mandates which are being pushed through with alarming speed despite not answering vital questions. Questions around efficiency and cost, safety and the health consequences, the transparency of European adverse events reporting systems around vaccination and potential further disease as a result of vaccines still remain unanswered. We hope to put these questions to the EU Commission at an event to take place before the 15th of March when their most recent consultation ends. Our petition, translated into 12 languages, has now been signed by over 130,000 individuals, mostly European, and will be presented to the EU Commission. https://www.change.org/p/european-parliament-european-commission-council-of-the-european-union-respect-promote-and-protect-freedom-of-informed-vaccination-consent-throughout-europe Please keep us informed about your views on vaccine mandates and make contact with Michèle Rivasi to inform her of your support in requesting necessary transparency in vaccine mandates.
