The EFVV has been proud to be involved in the organisation and sponsoring of Vaccine Safety debates in Brussels (9 February), Paris (13 February) and London (14 February), all involving screenings of Andy Wakefield’s film, VAXXED, alongside presentations by eminent scientists and medical professionals. Sadly however, a well-known network of ‘skeptic scientists’ has gone into fanatical overdrive with attempts to get these events censored in all three cities: first London, then the scheduled event at the European Parliament where this kind of censorship is unprecedented and lastly a private screening in Brussels and a screening in Paris. One asks: what do they have to hide?!! These debates will however go ahead in spite of the unwarranted attacks. For information on bookings see here: https://www.suretevaccins.com/. Concerns over vaccine safety are on the rise worldwide, 40% of the French public claim that they have lost confidence in vaccines and 20% say they would prefer not to vaccinate their children. Thousands of victims report their tragic stories but so few receive compensation for their ruined lives. It is therefore high time for this debate to be opened. If you are able to attend any of these events, please do make the effort. We would be grateful also if you could share this information widely and notify both your elected politicians and any receptive journalists of these events, urging them to attend. Thank you. We’ll report back after the events.
