Give your Lepto experience to the Government bodies

Wonderful that we've reached 2000 supporters for Alfie's petition. Thank you all :) . My plan is to submit the results of my Lepto vaccine survey along with the petition. This survey will give evidence of other people's experience of Lepto 2 and/or lepto 4 vaccines. You are asked for your email address so that official bodies can verify that this survey is genuine and not made up by the applicant - me. UK residents are asked to please complete 1 survey for each dog that has received lepto vaccines, and any adverse reaction that might have been observed following vaccination. Thank you. Mark
