On 30 April, 1988, a young singer from Canada made it all the way to the top of Europe's biggest music competition, representing Switzerland. Her name: Céline Dion. Besides Céline, a number of Canadians have participated in the ESC throughout the long and rich history of the contest. I'm looking forward to seeing Canadian talent on the stage of Eurovision.
