The Eurobodalla Shire Council wants to rezone the land adjacent to the Pretty Point Beach (35-37 Illabunda Street, Malua Bay) as residential. 

The Pretty Point Bay reserve was gifted to Council back in the 1960’s as a recreation area for the community and over the last 50 years the question of rezoning/reclassifying it has been put to the community on multiple occasions. On each and every occasion the community has said a resounding NO! The Council should respect the will of community.
