Why doesn't Bulgaria demand Bulgarian minority rights in Greece?

If Gotse Delchev, the leader of the Macedonian independence movement against the Ottomans, was Bulgarian and not Macedonian, why doesn't Bulgaria demand Bulgarian minority rights in Greece, where Gotse Delchev was in fact born, but is blackmailing Macedonia on this matter?
