Bulgaria is blackmailing Macedonia with a "12 points Annex" which Macedonia must sign in order to be allowed to proceed with negotiations for EU membership.

Where is that Annex for us to see?

Why are the leaders of the other EU countries allowing for this atrocity to be happening?
