Vicky is Chair of the Internal Market and Consumer Protection Committee at the European Parliament, and so is well positioned to progress investigation of the mis-selling. She has sent a letter to the European Commissioner Vera Jourova requesting a full investigation of whether EU Directives on Consumer law have been violated.
