Hi everyone!  When I sent that update yesterday with instructions to reach out to Etsy support, I did not expect what happened next!

At first Etsy's response was as expected.  Zero solutions, just a promise to send our concerns to Etsy.  Then - people started to reach out to us to report that a "Special Team" was being assigned to the Plaid situation, and they were told to expect an email FROM ETSY with instructions on how to verify their account without use of Plaid!

We're trying to crowdsource information to help us plan our next steps!  Can you help?  We've made a google form that you can fill out anonymously to report when you contacted support and what Etsy said.  Just the gist - no need to be specific.  We know there are weird rules on Etsy preventing us from sharing conversations with support!
