After several letters,emails and complaints finally Estonian Ministry of Social Affairs has started investigations into one case, it is good as they will look into quality of work of social workers and especially child services,if this will give resoults, it can be used in the other cases as well , lets PRAY that they do a better job and make corrections,so my son dont need to live with a alcoholic mother who abuse child daily after drinking. god help my son,and all kids in Estonia,believe in good Karma.
