For years now, scallions have been known as nothing more than a "nice addition to a salad". It's time to change that. 

Not many vegetables have appealing names, but one does - Scallion.
I believe that this is the only vegetable that could be a successful race car; let's face it, with that sexy name - how can it fail?.
"Look at him in his new Scallion isn't he fancy?" doesn't sound that weird - right?
