I met with the Hope Mills Parks and Recreation Director. He seems very supportive and interested in the idea of a BMX track. The city voted to move the Sports Complex to a different location. But, they are moving forward with a community center, with talks of a skate park and pump track at the original location. The next step is to present the idea to the city board in March-April. I will be working the presentation and will continue to update.
