Hi everyone, because of all of you, we’ve officially reached 300 signatures on our petition for national standards and fair compensation for dental assistants. This momentum is incredible, and it proves that dental assistants across the country are ready to stand together and demand change.

For too long, dental assistants have been expected to do more, work harder, and take on expanded duties while continuing to be underpaid, undervalued, and overlooked. We are highly skilled professionals who help keep practices running, support patient care every single day, and carry enormous responsibility, yet our voices are still too often ignored.

But now people are paying attention.

Every signature sends a message that we will no longer accept being dismissed or left behind. This movement is growing fast, and together we are showing just how powerful united dental assistants can be.

Now we need your help to push this even further. Please share this petition with at least 10 people — coworkers, friends, family members, dental groups, Facebook communities, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, text messages, everywhere. The more signatures we gain, the harder we are to ignore.

This is bigger than one office, one state, or one assistant. This is about fighting for respect, fair pay, workplace protections, and recognition for dental assistants nationwide.
