“…Dream so big that it scares you…”. This Wisdom was given to me, when I was in college, but I really didn’t know what I wanted, that much, that I would need to dream that big for. …and then September 16, 2025 happened. The passing of Zakiyah, meant that there was going to be a new reality, for people in this world, that was bigger than we had seen before. This reality, was going to allow for those dealing with domestic violence, to have a “new sheriff in town“. The dream, of having the domestic violence offender registry, was something I never knew, was needed, until September 16. Now, I can’t see the world without it.
