So... lets look at the effort thus far... Realizing that there is no DV Offender Registry in the US as of yet (pending in Tennessee and a basic 'Violent Offender Registry" upheld in Texas) We are about to make history and make life better for society. Oklahoma is #1 in DV cases in the nation followed by Kentucky, Nevada and Chicago , but still no DV Registry. South Carolina (where Zakiyah was killed) ranks in the top 10...still no movement on getting a registry. So the question now becomes... WHY? Some can say, follow the money, look at the race of the offenders or even that the cases are reported with no convictions, but why are we taking the matter of lives into the hands of "we will do it later". What sense does that make? So I am asking you to please share this campaign and get others involved with getting the needed momentum and traction to make this go viral!
