Rocelo Lopes is an example of the high quality talent pool that exists on the Magic Island already and with better regulatory environments and incentives systems the city could attract and retain more high value entrepreneurs and builders like Rocelo who's been in the crypto ecosystem building actual applications and businesses around it since before most anyone anywhere on earth. The recent recognition in the Be(in) Crypto 100 as the Web3 Leader of the Year validates further the leadership we're talking about here. With the establishment of FloripaDEZ I'm hoping we can build an environment that's inviting and beneficial for individuals like Rocelo and their businesses.
