So, great news, met with Council engineers and as we knew all along it's a simple, relatively low cost installation. There where a few perceived barriers raised by the engineer but I managed to address his concerns. We still need to share this petition further, there's more than enough of us to get this into the thousands which will help the cause immensely. Keep going everyone
