Hi everyone, just a quick update. As mentioned the funding for this has been kindly secured by Councillor Charlie Edwards via Lancashire Environment Fund. Councillor Lizzi Collinge has been tireless trying to pin the local  down council to obtain costings but has been met with ambiguous replies. I've contacted the local media who are looking to help, please keep sharing.
