We are excited to have a few priority bills we are supporting this legislative session. One will establish the Therapeutic Psilocybin Working Group and another will establish the Beneficial Treatments Advisory Council, to include psilocybin, MDMA and other therapies. This will allow Hawaiʻi to properly prepare and implement ways for our community to access these important modalities.

The first hearing for SB1454 is tomorrow, Monday February 6 @ 1pm HST in Conference Room 225 at the Hawaiʻi State Capitol. You can submit testimony up until the hearing. You can also watch it live here. Our bill is 6th in the agenda so may be heard around 2 or 2:30pm.
