I am pleased to announce that our local law giving 3' of space for all vulnerable road users in Cortland County has passed the first hurdle and was supported by all members of the Judiciary and Public Safety committee.  The local law will now go to the Cortland County Legislature on Thursday March 26 at 6pm at the County Office Building.  If you are interested in coming to speak in support of this local law, please arrive early and sign up. If you are not able to attend in person but want to send in comments to share, please feel free to email them to me at bharbin@cortlandcountyny.gov.  The local law will then be presented to the Cortland County Legislature at the meeting following the public hearing and will hopefully be adopted by the full Legislature.  But we will need your continued support to make that happen.  Thank you!
