Chigwell library saved!

Very pleased to hear announcement from.Essex County Council this week that they are not closing any libraries in Essex in next 5 years. Chigwell Parish Council working closely with Essex council to look st viable options for use of space e.g coffee shop or hiring space out to earn more revenue. 

Thanks for all your support and comments with signing the petition - Essex council were amazed with the straight of opposition to their proposal and took into this into account.
