Thank you to Babergh for sending out notices that Essex Highways have submitted additional documents, drawings and plans (all dated 31.10.2022) .https://planning.essex.gov.uk/planningapplication.aspx?AppNo=CC/COL/106/21 Interested parties have until Nov 22nd to comment. Presumably this applies also to Essex CC. 

S.O.B. will review these and advise accordingly. We note that Highways have not gone back to the drawing board. This was widely requested, and we had hoped they might be persuaded. We must insist on unprejudiced and transparent comparison of their proposal with the alternatives, positively recommended by independent experts, including their own.
