Do Not Waste Resources! 40% carbon emissions are from construction industry!

Many of the excellent points made on reducing carbon emission by refurbishment, sustainability and retrofit of buildings v demolition and rebuild in this excellent episode 'Rip it Up and Start Again?' in BBC Radio 4's podcast Costing the Earth apply to Boxted Bridge.

We can't continue like this. The world has changed in the last 2/3 years. Rebuilding is not good enough. We need ECC to step back and rethink!
