The 130 year old building has been in the hands of dedicated people for the last 16 years. That have saved the old building from detoriating and saved alot of people in difficult life situations away from the a life on bum street.

We believe it's the municipality of Oslo that should have the obligation to protect both people and old buildings from aggressive takeovers.

We therefore demand that Urbanium AS relieves Vestbredden/Hausmannsgate 40 from the sales contract and transfers the property back to the ownership of Oslo kommune.
